Casale Valigi is located in the southern region of Umbria and is the ideal base from which you can discover this historic land, it takes only three minutes by car to reach the wonderful medieval village of Narni where you can visit the fascinating Narni underground, its beautiful churches and enjoy a good coffee sitting in one of the bars in piazza dei Priori. We will be happy to recommend the best restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit in the area and to illustrate the activities to do such as wine tasting, rafting at the Marmore waterfall, visiting the underground Narni and the Morìca spring... And for good food lovers we organize pizza and homemade pasta courses. We are waiting for you.

Under the guidance of qualified instructos your body, mind, and spirit will find equilibrium, giving you a true sense of peace and internal well-being. Lessons are available just for groups of minimum 10 people.
