Please contact us for price and availability. Click on your desired check-in and check-out dates on the calendar below, then complete your reservation request form, we will try to answer you within 24 hours.

Payment
To confirm the reservation 30% of the total amount must be paid in addition to euro 1.000,00 as a security deposit by bank transfer or credit card, all within and no later than 5 days from receipt of the payment request.

Extra
Security deposit euro 1.000,00.
A mandatory weekly cleaning fee of net euro 350,00 including taxes will be charged.
City tax 1,5 euro / day per person for a maximum of 4 days must be paid. Children under 14 are exempt.
Fees for additional maid service, chef for breakfast-lunch-dinner, wine tasting, cooking classes, baby-sittering, airport transfers and all other services are paid directly to the accomodation.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation must be communicated by e-mail to info@casalevaligi.it.
Upon confirmation of the booking the 30% deposit will be retained in any case.
– Cancellation made within 4 months before arrival will result in the deduction of the 30% already paid;
– Cancellation made from the 4th month up to 6 weeks before arrival will result in the payment of 75% of the total amount;
– Cancellation made less than 6 weeks before arrival will result in the payment of 100% of the amount.
The security deposit of euro 1.000,00 will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Length of Stay

Rentals are for 7-day periods, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is Saturday from 4 to 6 pm. Check-out is the next Saturday within 10 am.
4 night stays are available during low season only.

Occupancy
Casale Valigi offers 16 beds. The main house has 6 double rooms, 5 are located on the first floor with possibility of an additional double sofa bed in one of the rooms (this is our “+2”), the room located on the ground floor has independent and direct access to the garden and is equipped with handicap facilities.
All are en-suite with private bathroom and all the beds are queen size (160×200 cm).
In the barn you will find a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a double bed in the loft.
Children are welcome. A baby crib and an highchair cost euro 100,00 per week.

Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property and smoking is not allowed inside all the houses.

Rental Includes

2 maid visits for light cleaning. (daily maid service upon request for an additional charge.)
Change of towels mid-week.
Fully equipped professional kitchen with large fridge, freezer, icemaker, oven, dishwasher, (2) espresso machines, toaster, etc.
Yoga room with a small gym.
Private salt water pool 12 x 4 mt. Pool cleaning three times per week. Pool is open from May 1 – Nov 1.
Washing and drying machine.
Barbecue.
Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Amenity kit with soap, shampoo, body lotion, etc.
Wifi available throughout the houses, in the garden and in the pool area.
Air-conditioning / heating system throughout the casale and the barn are included in the price.
